Our Story

The story behind Salt & Vine Beach House

A little salt, a little sweet, and a little wine

Salt & Vine brings together two things we love most: Brent's love of the beach, salt air, and ocean, and Lesley's love of vineyards, wineries, and a good glass of wine. We created this home as a place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy life's simple pleasures by the sea.

No cars on the sand means mornings stay calm, the shoreline stays open, and little ones can run from the towel to the water without anyone watching for traffic. It's the car-free, slower stretch of coast that families, snowbirds, and couples come back for. Just you, the surf, and a long walkable beach.

Salt & Vine is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo that comfortably sleeps up to 5 people. It has a full kitchen and direct ocean views, making it suited to guests who want space to spread out, cook in, and settle into a longer beach stay rather than a single hotel room.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in at Salt & Vine Beach House is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Guests use self check-in with a smart lock, so arrival is easy at any time after 4:00 PM.

How close is the beach?

We're oceanfront, just steps to the sand. You can be on the no-drive beach in moments.

Can cars drive on the beach at Salt & Vine?

No, and that's the appeal. Salt & Vine sits south of 27th Avenue on New Smyrna Beach's no-drive zone, where vehicles are not allowed on the sand. If you want to drive on the beach, the vehicle approaches are further north near Flagler and Third Avenues. At Salt & Vine, the shoreline stays open, quiet, and pedestrian-only.

Is there parking at the condominium?

Yes. Salt & Vine Beach House includes one assigned parking space for guests. Limited additional guest parking is available on a first-come basis within the Sea Coast Gardens II and III community.

Are pets allowed?

Salt & Vine Beach House is a pet-free home; no pets of any kind are permitted. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable laws.

Do you offer monthly or long term stays?

Yes. Salt & Vine is available for longer winter and seasonal stays in addition to nightly bookings. Reach out through our Airbnb listing for monthly rates and availability.

What floor is the condo on, and is there an elevator?

Salt & Vine Beach House is a fourth-floor condo in Sea Coast Gardens II. The building has multiple elevators as well as stairs, so getting up with luggage, groceries, or beach gear is easy.
